DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES REQUIRING PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION FROM BEST BUY. We purchased gas oven and conversion kit for propane. Unfortunately Best Buy’s subcontractor installed incorrectly and unknowingly we breathed toxic/poisionius gases for several months. Not sure how severe medical issues are at this point. Have tried for a year to get Best Buy to correct situation but they hide behind their policies and their subcontractor.

We really enjoy the smart features of this range. It is very convenient to preheat the oven while being outside or in a another room.

Love the griddle but wish the griddle was a little larger

We purchased it afther seeung it at my parents we love the design still waiting for it to be deliver along with all of our other kitchen appliances .

Very nice stove. It is easy to clean and looks very beautiful in our new kitchen. The convection oven works great!

This stove works great as a stove, but as a smart appliance it is severely lacking. I struggled for more than a week to even be able to log in to the Whirlpool app. They finally had to wipe out my account and have me start over. Once I could access the app, the stove wouldn't connect. I had to unplug it for a while and then it finally connected. Once connected, it kept glitching out and not staying connected to my router, so it still had no functioning smart capabilities. If the bugs get worked out I will upgrade my rating, but for now this is just a very expensive "normal" stove.

Looks great. Lot of features. Doesn’t seem too difficult. Haven’t cooked anything on it yet. I’ve had the range for 5 hours. The delivery guys were great!

The slid in gas range and oven look good so far works good there was a scratch in the glass between the 2 glasses in the door I was told ( Best Buy would reorder the range and replace the one with the scratch glass

Awesome range. WiFi works great when I want to preheat the oven without getting off my couch. Easy to use and setup is easy.

It looks very nice, it’s easy to clean and cooks well. Great choice and would Recommend this to anyone. Really makes my kitchen look nice.

Even though I am not up on a lot of technology this is surprisingly easy to use!

Looks fabulous. Nice clean lines. The burner strength is excellent and the top is easy to clean because the grills lift up in two large sections.

So far this oven has been working good. I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews but, so far so good.

Works well sleek look only complaint is that when you clean the glass touch screen part it gets a little crazy

Hot air blows out of the top of the range when the oven is on so your poor handles get hot. Takes a long time to preheat.

I switched from a dual fuel gas cook top/ electric convection oven to full gas oven. I miss my electric convection oven since it cooks faster. Also difficult to keep cooktop and glass display panel clean. Gas burners on this oven are awesome.

Switch from a 13 year old builder grade gas range to this one, and I couldn’t be happier. I love the different burners, and the full width grates are awesome (makes it look like a bigger high end model). Baking is perfect too - even cooking with everything I’ve tried so far. The hinges grates are great too - I wasn’t expecting to care about that feature that much, but it’s remarkably handy for cleaning.

I love this oven and fast response cook top. However the burner controls in front turn on the burners way too easy and at times unintended. It's not for children or big dogs in the home. Use caution.
