Customers consistently note the ease of use, excellent oven performance, and attractive appearance of the 5.8 Cu. Ft. Slide-In Gas Convection Range. Many appreciate the range's numerous features, including smart capabilities. However, some users find the touch screen controls overly sensitive, and a few have expressed concerns about the quality of certain components. The stove knobs' ease of turning is also mentioned as a potential issue.

Switch from a 13 year old builder grade gas range to this one, and I couldn’t be happier. I love the different burners, and the full width grates are awesome (makes it look like a bigger high end model). Baking is perfect too - even cooking with everything I’ve tried so far. The hinges grates are great too - I wasn’t expecting to care about that feature that much, but it’s remarkably handy for cleaning.

Don't know. The stove was delivered with parts missing. one month later we still have not received the missing parts.
it took them one month just to order the parts from Whirlpool. Why? I don't know. I have called and was repeatedly told they were sorry but no explanation.

Bought as a display model and so far no complaints the wife is not that easy to set up and have not bothered calling tech yet about it. Worried about the touch screen since even phone wear out but time will tell on that one.

Oven cracks noise a lot
Noisy overall
Top cooking grates lift up but easy to pull off (not as easy as they say to clean)
Very hard to connect to Alexa and to remain connected

Love almost everything about it. The only downside is keeping the control panel clean. It is always smeared with fingerprints. Love how the grates lift up for easy access to clean between the burners.

Product is well built and is a gorgeous addition to my kitchen. I personally have not found any use for the WiFi on the stove. Perhaps appliances nowadays are trying to be too connected. I think Whirlpool could keep the cost down to the consumer by not adding WiFi to appliances. Unnecessary option.
