    Very hard to keep top clean. My previous stove was almost 20 years old. It had flat top like this but easily cleaned up with glass top cleaner. This stove I've had a month and a half and already have a spot I can't get clean. Back burners very slow to heat up. The store recommends calling an 800 number and having them come check to see if it has a bad heating element which I am going to check on. The oven is also slower than my old stove to heat up. Overall very disappointed. Tried to return for a different stove but have had it over 30 days so can't exchange.

    The top had a scratch within 2 days of use and the entire kitchen was hot when baking in this oven. Thank you Best Buy for your excellent return policy. Returned for an LG which has a better top and does not boil my kitchen.
