It is a Great Electric Range , and works wonderful!

I didn't realize this was a convection oven when I bought it. I don't think it is anything special, cooks like any regular oven I've ever had. The biggest complaint: it takes forever to preheat!

Bought this as a floor model so got at a good price. Impossible to keep the top clean. Not enough space to use all burners at once and get even heat distribution.

Nice overall but hard to see the numbers or lettering around the dials. Scratches on stovetop are visible

Range is nice but it's hard to regulate heat on stovetop. Pitting on top of stove already on glass.

Material what is the stove made look very cheap. Oven still smell when i turn it on

Not the best look for my new kitchen, looks black and not stainless.

The range has black side panels and not silver as described in the specifications. I purchased this range specifically because the description indicated it has silver side panels. For my kitchen, this is extremely important because the range sits beside one lower cabinet and the other side of the range is exposed to the living room. I bought all new stainless steel appliances for my kitchen and would never have ordered whirlpool if I had known it would not come as described. Now I'm either stuck with it or have to order an entire new kitchen package and wait another month before they arrive. Additionally, the Labor Day appliance sales have now passed ensuring that I will pay much more if I choose to buy a different kitchen package.

Top burner doesn't work after less than two years of regular use. In fact I would say we cook at home about 50% of the time. I was disappointed when I noticed the top burner didn't work. Up until it broke, I would have rated this five stars. It looks nice and it worked--I specially liked the warming plate. But a stove should last you more than two years--so for that reason I give it one star. I don't think the Whirlpool warranty will cover it, and we didn't purchase the Bestbuy protection plan. So I think we are stuck with the broken burner.

I bought this Whirlpool unit 2 years ago; I 've known Whirlpool to be a dependable name brand. First the display went out, then the thermostat went out and the oven wouldn't heat-up. After hundreds of dollars in repairs , I final had to buy another unit. Do yourself a favor and A. Never buy an appliance from Best Buy and B. Always get an extend warranty. (wherever you buy an appliance from)
