My oven stopped working after just 2 weeks. Although I had purchased the geek squad warranty I opted to get a new range since I only had it for 2 weeks before oven temp stopped working. So let's see what happens. I certainly was not happy about this.

Stove is trash! Don’t bake evenly and it will NOT come clean. The self cleaning feature in this model is junk. It uses water and it is worthless!! I will never buy this type of stove again!

stovetop hard to keep clean and scratches real easy.

The Stove was good for a few weeks, then the warmer button became lodged in the on position, where it is continually on. I need to get this repaired or replaced. I need advice on how to do that. This stove is only a month old.

Ordered a range on 9/14. Had a manufacturer delay. When range came in it's box it was dented and we are waiting on a new one.

Burners do not heat quickly. Stove takes 15 min to get to 350. Stove top doesnt clean well

I'm still becoming accustomed to using the convection but so far so good. This is a beautiful looking range with a very large oven capacity. I also like the dual zone burners which fit every pot/pan I own.

It is really great especially because of the price. Glass tops are hard to clean but I just clean and use polish for cook tops and it looks great.

I have owned this Whirlpool Electric Range for about a year now. I like the larger capacity as I can fit a turkey, roast and four casseroles in at the same time; however, I find it takes much longer than my old range to pre-heat and things seem to take longer to cook, even when using the convection fan. I really don't find the convection fan that useful. Daughter says she never uses hers either. I do like the large window so I can see how things are browning without having to open the door. I find the glass cook top almost more work to clean than the old kind because, if things get burned on (which happens to me often), it is very difficult to impossible to get it off as it seems to meld into the glass. I miss having a light to let you know if the oven or burner is on. It only has a light to tell you if one of the burners are still hot, but not which one. Aside from the fact that the oven light sometimes doesn't want to stay on I really have not had any other problems with it so far. If Best Buy installs it, make sure they install the anti-tip bracket. They didn't do that and I had to wait 3 weeks for them to come back and do it correctly.

We have had this stove for a few months. We are happy with it except for one issue. The glass top seems to be more susceptible to staining than other stoves we have had. You have to really give it a lot of attention to keep it clean,

Bought this along with dishwasher & over the range microwave oven. Very happy with my purchase. Easy install!

We bought this stove in July.The temperature has not been working since we got the stove.We finally bought a stove thermometer which confirmed our concerns.Called best buy they sent us to Whirlpool. Person at whirlpool told us to look in manual and we can calibrate the stove on our own.I feel that a stove that is not two months old should have come calibrated.Called back Best Buy and got more of a run around.Next time I will buy appliance from a reputable appliance store.I will also not buy a whirlpool.

Works runs and looks great! Got it as part of a whirlpool package deal!

Bought 6yrs ago. Good oven and stove this whole time, no issues, but the control board crapped out after 6yrs. Other than that, really smooth running and great!

Never had an oven I loved so much! Doesn't heat up my whole house, can see inside the whole oven with that big window

For no reason whatsoever the entire top cracked and broke. Thanks so much to Best Buy for the poor insulation job and thanks so much to no one for standing up for an inferior product.

We have this range for 6 month. It works fine, however it is really difficult to clean cooktop. It got discolored and easily scratched. We had a glass top before for more than 10 years and it was in better shape than this in 6 month. We contacted Whirlpool but they said it is cosmetics and not covered by warranty. They send us a cleaning solution…

Oven takes forever to heat up, :30 at least. Temperature doesn't not regulate. Want 475? You get 450 or maybe 440. Want 350? You get 300 but as it cooks I ended up with 400! Front is extremely hot. Top is hard to clean. It's taken me 6 months to fugue out what was wrong but will try hard to get this heap gone!!! Yes, I did the "adjustment" that the book suggested but it only bumps the temp up, it doesn't hold the temp correctly. Very upset that BB even has this still for sale!!!

Nothing last anymore but it worked as long as had the warranty
