Very difficult to get rid of stains (like sauce/water drops). Not happy with this range at all with all the bells and whistles described but bottomline is we use the cooktop more often than the oven.

This was a replacement (2nd unit) of the first new unit. upon install and plugged in, all digital lit up- no heating elements, stove top or oven, turned on. We were asked, "Are you sure your outlet was working or proper wattage, there's no way 2 units could be bad." Did you really just ask me that. I'd recommend product just not delivery if you live on a rough road.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this range in Nov 2018 on a black Friday deal, replacing our 14 year old WP self cleaning range. In the first month of use we are very satisfied with cook top including warming burner (really like the 3x large left side burner) and very large 3 rack oven. We've only used the convection once but all ok. Our old WP had a parts fault in poor springs holding the door, showing up after 10 years of use and WP contracting out replacement parts overseas, hopefully not a problem on this deluxe unit. My wife really wanted this WP vs a competing model that still offered the hi temp self cleaning option; we'll see how this does on the lower temp steam clean that other sites say cleans the bottom just fine not the sides/back (I am a bit skeptical). Burner and gen'l over usage have been excellent so far.
