The only problem that I encountered was the oven temperature was about 20 degrees low on both ovens. I followed the instructions in the manual and was able to fix that problem.

It is little more challenging for a more seasoned person to bend down for putting in and taking foods out of the lower oven.

There is no temperature low enough to simmer. It scorches everything on the left front burner. Oven is ok but absolutely hate the stove top

Excellent for an electric ... and Best Buy’s installers were exceptionally careful taking out the old and putting in the new Have made 2 recommendations for the product and Best Buy

Convection cooking is great. Everything comes out perfect. Just make sure you adjust you're recipe temp. If recipe calls for 375* for 1 hour change to 350* for 1 hour.

Ilike everything about it except the top glass burners scratch easily! I had a glass burner before for years and wasn't as delicate as this one but it must be a different material

Works as expected. Nice looking, matches with other stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. All burners starts quickly. Baking and Broiling works fine.

Its been great having this double oven and stove top. It has worked well, and the whole family loves it.

Food was cold. Put in box... Gets hot. Me like hot food.

Love it! The top oven does seem to be somewhat hotter in the back than the front so i turn most foods halfway through the cooking time.

I received this oven on February 20, 2025 and on March 10th 2025, I noticed that the top oven had burn marks on the bottom of it, even though I have only used it 3 times. I called Best Buy since I paid extra for their 3 year warranty, but was told that it was out of date by 3 days! So I had to call Whirlpool and was on the phone with them for an hour just to be told that I have an appointment for diagnosis only, no repairs, no replacement. I didnt even get to tell her about how the bottom oven takes 3+ hours to bake something that is supposed to take 40 mins, because I was on hold for most of the call and had to text her 3 or 4 photos of the inside of the top oven. I had no idea whatsoever that you only have 15 days to replace an expensive appliance through Best Buy.

Stove came with cosmetic scratch on surface, discounted 20%. works great so far, didn't realize how poorly our other range was functioning...

I love this stainless steel double oven. It’s like having a counter top toaster oven too.

How can I review something that I haven’t even received? I paid full price instead of getting the exact same stove on sale because this color was expected to arrive several weeks sooner. By the time that I got home, I already had a back order notification! Then, a few days later, I got a second back order notification. At best, my stove is still a month away (2+ months waiting!). Consequently, I have no stove (mine died - that’s why I bought a new one) and am VERY DISCOURAGED!!

Learning how to use the double oven and control the heat when using both ovens. The top oven is hard to get things out of.

Great double oven! I've baked desserts and meals in both ovens and they are awesome! Heats quicker than my 9 year old double oven, bakes more evenly and the burners also heat up super quick.

I had a maytag double oven after almost 30 yrs of use it finally had to go. I love this whirlpool stove.
