The range has been working good so far. The only problem I had was it could not be hardwired because of warranty issues. of course this is bogus.

I love the small oven on top and the keep warm burner.

Not sure if I am more disappointed with Best Buy or Whirlpool. First I purchased an LG range. When it was delivered they brought an Open Box one which I did not purchase and it was damaged and could not be used. With inventory being a major issue right now I went with this double oven Whirlpool The first day of using it I heard a load pop and saw a quick flash on the opposite burner. I called Best Buy and was told that I need to contact Whirlpool. A repair person was sent out to find out that 2 burner elements need to be replaced plus the control board. All of this after 5 min of using. And I can only use 2 burners. Now 21 days later I have been told that they are still trying to find the burner elements and this is an authorized Whirlpool repair shop. Another issue with the range - if you broil something one half browns nicely and the other not at all. Very unhappy with the product and service.

we love the double oven but the smaller top 1 will overcook things if you go for recommended times

This new double oven stove that we bought, was the best decision we've made on a stove. It works great.

I have wanted one for a while. It has taken me a little while to figure out how all the burners,and oven controls work. It is wonderful. I can't wait to cook a turkey in it!!

I am very happy with this range. Price was very good and Best Buy GM Charlie at the Sioux City store was very good about giving me the best price to keep my business and future business.

Beautiful but the elements stopped working at year two. Best Buy's warranty missed two appointments and gave zero resolutions to the issue other than asking me to miss a third day of work. Best Buy has failed me and my family. We have a non-working range that we purchased a warranty for. The warranty is worthless as Best Buy can't get anyone out to reliable to come to assess what is wrong with it, let alone repair it. Definitely can't get Best Buy to replace it and they will not provide the number for the warranty company.

I’m very happy with my Whirlpool - 6.7 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning Freestanding Double Oven Electric Convection and it’s still performing great

So far so good. Takes a little getting used to, but looks great in the kitchen and so far is doing everything i needed it to.

This is a great oven. The user has the option to not use convection. I don’t find convection baking a positive option.

I am very pleased with this oven. I have only had it for a short time, so I hope it is as durable in the long run as it is functional.

Used this for Christmas this year with the ham in the lower portion all day and the sides cooking in the top oven. Works great!

Absolutely love!! This makes cooking multiple things so easy. Four stars only because the top over could be a little bigger.

This is a fantastic range. Lots of nice upgrade features. Convection oven is awesome! Saves so much time. Love the Whirlpool brand so far. I'm new to Whirlpool products. Off to a great start, now I hope it last many years. I shopped many ranges, and thought this was the best value. My wife wanted a double oven and now I see why. It's great Would definitely buy again and recommend it.

Was seeking two ovens and this fit my desire..The top burners can accommodate more than just one pan size, a great feature that works really well. Overall...a top notch product!
