Been very happy with this since our Maytag Front loader died on us. Was not thrilled at first going back to a top loader, but it has been great to use. I actually like it better then a front loader now. My only drawback is that I miss the digital display our old one had. Otherwise has a great capacity and handled our big items well.

There is nothing bad to say about this washer. It cleans clothes 100% better than any other washer I have ever had, it saves water, uses less detergent, and clothes come out better than they ever have with any other washer, I would recommend this washer to anyone who needs a new one. I purchased the 5 year warranty just because I'm a worry wart. This is my first HE washer so I was surprised by the noises it made but after reading about it I found that this was normal. Don't be alarmed. :)

Whirlpool is a good name for appliances, especially washers and dryers. I would recommend it to anyone. It is energy efficient and gets my bulkiest clothes clean. It uses less detergent, bleach and fabric softener. I would buy another Whirlpool product from Best Buy in the future.

This type washer new to me. No agitatar so I was apprehenive at first but it won me over.

I am not sure why other reviewers gave this a bad review. This washes very well, does not bunch up clothing or towels, etc. And if you follow laundry detergent instructions, it evenly disperses the detergent correctly. The only negative, which I don't really consider to be a negative, is that it is noisy, however how many people really congregate near their washing machines anyway?

This machine will rock your socks clean! Love using this machine to wash any and all of our stuff. Dog beds, comforter, socks, undies, sweaters, polos, yolos!!!!

Been using it for a month. Cleans well and easy to use Like the capacity. Wish it had a detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Otherwise, great purchase

We have really liked all the options that come with this washer. It is easy to use and cleans soiled clothes from a family of four (with two young children who manage to get their clothes quite dirty) very well. So far, we have no complaints.

After a number of years this machine has had to have repairs. We have also found that You tube shows how to reset the washer by a series of control turns, who knew? Check before you call in a repsirman.

Purchased at Best Buy with a great price. $50 lower then anyone else. Very low water usage. Make a few odd noises when compared to our old washer. After a few loads we stopped noticing. Extra large tub holds quite a bit. Several settings to use based on type of clothes and size. Must use H.E. Detergent. Very happy with it. Looking forward to lower water bills.

We were looking for an easy to use washing machine. This washer was neither too simple or too complicated with so many settings that it makes washing clothes feel like an actual chore.

I love my new washer! Sometimes it gets annoying when it's sensing the level but only when you wash pillows and rugs. I love not having an agitator!

this was my first purchase of a washing machine with out an agitator. I was a little apprehensive, but I enjoy it now.you can't beat the price!

The washer is perfect for my needs. Automatic sizing saves me time. No post allows larger loads. Sounds that the washer makes on start up would be confusing except that the delivery person explained that was normal. I'm a old guy doing about seven loads a week and so far this is an excellent machine.

I needed a new washer and would not have chosen an HE washer if I had the choice. Once the wash cycle starts you can't open the washer. And I don't like not being able to control the water level.

The Washer is quiet enough and does a great job you will need to have some good foot pads to keep it from moving to much and there is no place for liquid softener to be put in but for the price what can you expect.

Bought this unit off the show floor (open item) for a $150 less than asking price of a new in box item. It works great! It handles large loads efficiently and is pretty quiet once the load sensing cycles are completed.

This machine is a great value for the money. Blows away the much more expensive Maytag front loader (hunk of junk) that we had. It cleans beautifully and is simple to use. The only con to this washer is that it is kind of noisy. We shut the laundry room door and then it's no problem.

Great washing machine for everyday use. Fast and efficient but I don't like the locked lid feature. High efficiency so it uses less water. Do use HE detergent! Great product.

This machine is very simple to operate. There are many options for the cycle--water temperature, soil level, type of material. Once you program it, the machine does the job. It is energy efficient. However. it is noisy when running.
