Having a water saving dishwasher prepared me for the cycling on and off that would occur with my new washing machine. I really like not having the agitator since you can load it easier. It really cleans clothes which means my old washer was definitely needing to be retired. I am looking forward to using less water and energy as time goes on.

Looking for a new washer, didn't want all the bells and whistles of the high price models, just wanted a basic machine with water level options and permanent press cycle. Washes and spins very good.

I LOVE this washer! Large tub for large loads. HE for less detergent & easy on clothes. Has a cycle for every soil cycle imaginable, & even has a cycle to clean the machine! It's top load vs front load which saves my back since I have trouble leaning over...best thing Whirlpool has come up with other than matching dryer!

Getting used to the efficiency settings took one cycle. From then on we have loved these units

Not what we thought we ordered but works well, bigger, more features. But needs sensor showing which rinse cycle it is on.

The washing machine needs to have a buzzer to signal when cycle is over. Also, it should have a fabric softener dispenser

Reviewed alot of washer from sears, etc. and Bestbuy has the lowest price which included delivery, hook-up and haul away. Love the new energy efficiency, great looking and easy to use.

Because there is no agitator in the center of the tub to take up space, the washer can hold more clothes, even comforters with plenty of room left over. I really like how much less water the washer uses. My clothes are getting really clean too!

I bought this as a gift for my Mom. She wanted a top loader and was skeptical of an HE washer. After doing some laundry she said it is much better than the old washer. Clothes are cleaner and it washes more clothes at once than she expected.

This is the best washer I have ever owned. I chose it because of brand reputation and cost. The self-regulating water level and load adjusting makes laundry day shorter and easier! I like the HE detergents too, my laundry looks great every time.

I tried a large load of jeans just to see how it well it cleaned. It worked, unfortunately my dryer was a little too small so I had to run them through the dryer a couple times to get dry. I also washed my king size bedspread and no more going to the laundry mat for that item. I love it!!!

I was looking for an efficient and reliable washer when the sales agent at Bestbuy showed me this washer. I got a good deal because it was on sale. So far it has been performing well.

Replaced aging small top loader with this new High Efficiency top loader. Cycles take longer than older technology, but this is typical of HE machines. Purchased this item on sale coupled with a local promotion--nice price for nice machine! Gets clothes clean, saves water and electricity. Hopefully this will last at least as long as the previous machine!

Works well but loud noises, I would get it again but only because it's down stairs in my basement. Clothes are clean but not as many fit

I haven't purchased a new washer in long time. When i saw this one I loved the price. It's also a bit unusual since it does not have an a central agitator. More of a flat plate at the bottom. Workd well on every fabric and every size load. I'm very happy with the product

It's a very good product for your money. It isn't as quite as your more expensive "he" washing machines but gets the job done.

I wash mostly towels. This machine works well with liquid detergent not so well with powder.

This is a low efficiency washer. Something new to get used to. Cleans clothes, main function.

This machine has a very nice, big tub. It is great for washing comforters or sheets and towels. But it is LOUD! My washroom is located upstairs and opens up to the bedrooms. I cannot wash at night it is so loud. I even had the delivery crew who delivered the washing machine come back out to see if something was wrong with the machine.
