Works really well and saves water and energy! Only complaint is it makes some funny noises. Still would recommend though

I have been very pleased with the washer. The start up in a bit more delayed than I was used to. All in all it's a great washer for my everyday usage.

read the instructions so you know what to expect. It makes very unusual noises compared to the old agitator machines, and must be set properly for best operation.

It's a good washer, but I do notice more lint on my clothes, even with 2 rinses.

Great overall he washer has a lot and will wash our comforters. It's a bit noisy so if the wash room is close to bedrooms or living room just be aware of that.

It does its job and works well. Only drawback is that the cover is not transparent. I wish I could see what's going on in there while it's washing clothes.

I was going to buy a cheaper model and I was informed by the associate that delivery charges were not included. She pointed out this model, which was better, at a slight increase in price and included delivery. So I not only received a better model, I actually saved money. And it is quieter! Who can beat that!

Good deal for the money, got rid of the old one, rep started the machine to make sure it went thru the cycles

good buy for money. dont like the safety feature of top load door locked when washer in use. u can pause it to add clothes but still dont like that

I bought this machine for my mother as she just wanted a basic machine with no complicated frills that she can't figure out. She also wanted a top loader so that she wouldn't have to bend. Unfortunately we did not think about how noisy the thing would be. Would return this if we could due to noise level.

It did save water for every load of wash. But it took too long to wash, about 30% longer than the agitator type. And it also seemed noisier too.

Love this washer. A little noisy, but other than that it works great. Love that it has no agitator and doesnt use much water.

I am so happy with my new washing machine. Best buy was wonderful with the entire process. The machine works great and is fairly quiet. I have also seen a drop in my water bill already.

the whirlpool washer run time is quite and I like the size of the drum area plenty of room for large blankets etc spin cycle is very quite.

The delivery was flawless, the guys knowledgeable, and the machine itself is great. It is a water saver and energy efficient. A good buy for the price.

Purchased in Nov 2014 and I June 2015 I start hearing an unusual noise. I had a tech come over and he found worn bearings that are the source of the noise. My old washer had the agitated in the center, lasted me 5 years with no issues till the old age of 5 years. Repairs was going to cost me as much a new one. And now 7 months into the life of this new machine, the bearings are gone. Stay away from this model if you can.

Bought this to replace a 2 year old washer that was tearing clothes very happy with this washer.

Ive had this washer about 1 month. so far so good. the only complaint I have is the quick wash doesnt really seem to be that quick!

This machine seems very advanced, but I am not convinced that the high technology yields better laundry. Perhaps the benefits mainly come from energy and water savings. The first time I washed jeans, the legs came out tightly tangled and wrinkled. With practice loading items in mounds, the situation has improved. Though it is generally a quiet machine, its controls do seem unnecessarily loud at the start of a cycle.
