the washer does a great job, the only negative i've experienced so far is that it is noisy.

Very noisy. Good thing I live in my own home and not an apartment. I worry about detergent staining clothes since It must be put in first. Also, the add for the washer also stated it had a fabric softener dispenser and it does not, only a bleach dispenser. This is an inconvenience since you would have to run to catch the cycle to add the Downey Ball. Nevertheless, I'll just have to keep buying Tide w/Downey detergent,.

This washer does a great job. Does seem to spin a lot of the water out of the clothes, and making it seem that the clothes are very wrinkled. However upon drying they are not wrinkled at all. I love my new washer.

The washer is a little loud and takes longer than the ones I've had in the past but overall it is a great product for the price.

Took a while to get use to, but love it now. Operates differently then a standard washer, but gets clothes really clean. Have no complaints.

Slim, modern design. Sufficient tub size, and no impeller to tangle or beat up clothes.

Works excellent minus it clunks nice in awhile when not overfilled, wish it didn't lock shut but other than that great for money

This is a good washer. Overall satisfied with the product. It's overall ease to use and large capacity make it great for big loads.

This machine is large and does not have an agitator in the center making it easy to get clothing out after a wash. However, the machine is very noisy and the door locks once it is turned on so there is no filling it up before putting clothes in or turning it on and forgetting a piece of clothing and adding it in quickly. However, I am much happier with this machine than the front loading machine it replaced.

Really wish it had an end of cycle chime like the matching dryer. Great washer though. Hopefully saves on water bill with sensor

This washer works great and uses less energy and water than my previous machine. It is a little noisy, but cost savings of running it is worth. It senses how much water is needed based on the size of the load.

As a guy who does a lot of laundry, the low amount of what was confusing at first.

good product for price. only issue is the cycles are very long. im very satisfied.

First new washer in 20 years and i am impressed with the new design and features of this machine. It works great and is simple to operate. I really like the way it gives you the option on the water level.

Good washer, the equivalent of a front loader. Good for a large family because washer does not have an agitator. It has many different settings. Comforters can be washed with room to spare. I love it!

I love the washer. The washer is gentle on the clothes and they come out clean. The stainless steel drum is easy to keep clean. Best Buy delivered and installed also! The first time I ordered an appliance on line and it ended great !

This is a great washing machine. Large enough to clean comforters and sleeping bags. Like this product so much that I looking to get the matching dryer when my current one decides to quit working.

Got this washer for my mom and she loves it. she loves how big the tub is and how much clothes fits in it. she said her clothes come out real clean.
