I like washer, but the cycles seem to run much longer.

This washer was worked great in the few months we've had it. It gets clothes much cleaner than our last washer and is more efficient. It's a little noisy, but since it's in the basement we don't mind that too much.

This is a very very noisy washer. The sensor makes loud clicking and thunking noises. The clothes get clean so it works but unless you have a basement laundry where you won't hear it, get a different washer.

It washes my clothes until they are clean, even when they were dirty to begin with.

Great washing machine. Very basic, but it does a great job getting laundry clean.

I purchased both the washer and dryer, designed by Samsung and they both work great! The washer is a bit noisy when on the spin cycle but nothing that is untolerable. I would definitely recommend the two!

not comfortable wish different settings....can't walk away from washer right away have to make sure that sensor locks washer and starts.....and didn't wash my comforter had to go to the laundry mat.....

got rid of an "old" style machine with a large agitator for this one, not sure how well it cleans but there is a very small agitator on bottom of tub. The washer is noisey and "grunts and groans" thru its' initlal setting to determine load size, sort of disconceeting after replacing the "old" style machine

This washer can be noisy0 at times. But it really cleans my clothes well!

Works awesome, saves water and electricity. Great load size. Does not damage clothes.
