Just love it, especially that it has no agitator!!

Works well and looks nice is quiet hardly makes noise and is reasonably priced

I wrote a review on the WP website about this washer and I still dislike it. However, I am not able to purchase another one right now. This washer was sitting in storage for about seven months while I was in training. When it was delivered to my new place, I washed a load of clothes that were in storage. This thing started knocking as if it was about to bust apart. When I first bought it, it knocked when it was rinsing and spinning but this time it was way worse. Further, it rinsed five times. I had to stop it, turn it to spin and drain and it still tried to rinse yet again. I recorded it and sent it to a friend to make sure I wasn't going crazy. She confirmed that I wasn't and what the heck was wrong with that thing. I don't know what the problem is but I don't think I should be having issues with it already. I hate this pair. I wish I would have never bought them.

This machine is in our laundry room doors closed and you can still hear it across the house . I read reviews before purchasing and I didn't read that any one else had this problem. It tangles up my clothing something awful. I am so bummed out. I sold my front loader due to mold problems but this machine also has the potential to grow mold.

Washer went out after 5 years . Overall good washer

The machine saves water. But in the process, it make all sorts of very strange noises. It starts and stops constantly. Takes longer than a traditional machine to complete the job. You can't open it up once you've started it without a great deal of trouble. Had my salesman explained how it works, I NEVER would have purchased it!

I had this washer for a month before it broke. It has now been broken for a week and I am still waiting for parts to come in. I bought a new washer so I wouldn't have to deal with a broken machine anymore.

works well, gets the clothes clean however it is loud in the begining.

Difficult to try and add Fabic Softener--hard to know when to try and add. When I hold the pause for three seconds, the Locked Light just Flashes and I have to unplug to add softener. Then when I plug back in, it starts from the beginning--so much for saving water. Once it was filling with water and it said rinse, so I actually got it to stop and added the softener. When I clicked to re-start--it went into the spin cycle! I should have bought a regular washer and set the water levels myself-like I did with my old machine.

Noisy and moves a lot when spinning and it is level.

Not recommended, my machine lasted 6 Years. The gear box went out on it, and it would cost $500.00 to fix. Not happy. Also the machine locks and you can’t add softener to it.

I am completely unsatisfied with this company. When I used washer it shook wildly causing it to bump against the wall and made so much noise I could not hear my TV even on at the highest volume. Best buy sent a technician out to check it the problem but they were unable to fix the problem. I returned the washer on the 22nd and as of today 12/15/14 I have yet to receive my refund for this product. All I want is to get my money back on my card.

This machine vibrated so bad you couldn't read the gages. It was returned right after it was installed. Refused at time of iinstallation

Each load with 2 rinses takes over an hour and is very loud
