spacious enough to comfortably fit a king sized comforter, but very loud during the spin cycle.

I purchased this item for cleaning towels. I have found that while it cleans well there is quite a bit of lint on the towels left afterwards. If you plan to use a dryer it would be fine as it removes the lint, but if not you will have lint stuck to the towels afterwards.

I had a little trouble when I used it for the first time. It's different from my older one. But after the first two washed and rereading the manual I got the hag of it. It's spacious and can handle a good size load.

I just purchased this washer , it is easy to use. The installation services is very professional. There is a little bit damage on the surface when they delivered it to me, they gave me an written report and 10% refund.

It cleans clothes effectively but is strangely loud. Entirely too many clicks and noises

I was hesitant to buy a no-agitating washing machine, but as is the norm now a days, I decided to give it a try and couldn't be happier. Machine works like a charm and knowing that I am saving energy and water usage is a definite plus. This machine was purchased at a great value and even included free shipping and haul away of old unit. I had other options on where to purchase but I'm glad I went with best buy!!

Overall the washing machine works good,does what it is supposed to do.

While this washer does a good job on bulky/heavy washes. normal wash does not get all the clothes wet, therefore leaving clothes still imbedded with laundry detergent on them. Still not sure how the agitator truly works or cleans the clothes. It is quite nosey during cycles. Over all it has done a decent job for what we paid. I would say get this wsher if its just for one or two people, but for a family I would say pass and get a front loader.

My washer was great when it was set up, now if you don't fully load this bad boy it thumps around like it's drunk. The clothes become off balance and it sounds like it's falling down the stairs plus the cycles are so loud you need to have them behind closed doors. It's fair because it washes my clothes.

The washer works great but it's spin cycle is like that of a front loader.

Good load capacity and design compared to our old washer. Appears to conserve more water also and reduces electricity cost too. Smaller in size overall. Only complaint is noise factor. Cost overall was competitive. We felt so good about this model, we went out and bought a matching dryer even though not needed.

I thought this whirlpool washer was a good buy for 250.00 in the ding & dent section of Best Buy. A couple of little dents on the side. No big deal right. They delivered it on a Saturday and by Tuesday it was making such a loud bang noise while it was in spin cycle we thought a car just crashed outside our house. the clothes were not off centered in the washer which could make the drum bounce around harder. I restarted the washer and it happened again. No way was i keeping this machine. I called Best Buy and got the Samsung washer i really wanted at first and i must say it is extremely quiet and i don't even here it off the kitchen. some times it just doesn't pay to save on ding and dents. oh ya make sure to buy a warranty. They don't make stuff any more that last very long.

This washer is large and quite deep. Lots of capacity to wash large loads. It cleans the clothes really well and, rinses them well too. The only thing I wished was if it was a little quieter; but that's alright because this top loading beast does a wonderful job for me, otherwise.

It makes a few noises when it is sensing, but I don't think that it's very loud. I have not noticed it to shake. I can fit my comforters in it and that is mostly what matters.

I am very satisfied with this washer. I love it and am glad I chose this brand and model. Works perfectly, large capacity. Overall just great! The noise is only at some points during the cycle. It isn't terrible, but I definitely can hear it. And my dogs bark at it.

I love my new washing machine. I have not had a new machine in 20 years. This has all the bells and whistles on it that I wanted. I did a lot of research and comparing different washers and found this is exactly what I wanted and needed. The people at Best Buy just let me look and check things out for myself. I asked them to leave me alone and I would come and get someone when I was ready. I really appreciate that. I would definitely purchase again from Best Buy. Thank you for your help and kind service.

It's a good price for a high efficiency washer. It works well. Has lots of settings. There is no place for softener so have to use a downy ball. It locks while it washes so you have to turn it off to open it. It has sensors that check the amount of clothes in washer so it there is no knob for load size. Make sure you get the warranty on it.

I have had this machine for 6 weeks and can't complain. It doesn't have bells and whistles, but it cleans our clothes. FYI - no fabric softener dispenser and the locking mechanism is loud at the start of a load.
