This filter is so easy to install. You simply pop out the old one & pop in the new one. I think it helps our water taste so much better too.

I have purchased this Whirlpool filter to coordinate with my Whirlpool refrigerator. it is easy to replace the filter under the refrigerator. The water taste much better that cold water out of the Tap! I am not a water connoisseur but it tastes better to me.

Very easy to drop into the filter compartment on our filter. A little annoying how it mentions you have to run a few gallons of water through the filter upfront before it's safe to use, but assuming that's standard and just making sure there's no residual plastic/waste in the pipes. Has worked as expected, and have brought this from best buy multiple times in the last few years.

Nobody ever reviews filters. Well, that is no longer valid! This filter plugs right into the fridge... just open the freezer door, pull open the little door at the bottom of the fridge, pull out the old filter, and put in the new one. Weee doggie! Clean water. But, why are they so dang expensive?!?! $50 each?!?! That seems crazy expensive for a simple filter.

It really works and water has no aftertaste. But I find it too expensive. I guess that's how much it is wherever you shop.

This whirlpool every drop water and ice water filter is the best that I have ever used. The water and ice tastes like clean water from spring. No chemicals or metallic taste. The only draw back is the price, $49 is a little bit steep. However it will last for 6 months.
