I did not receive the item when it was time to replace the filter I realized I didn’t have a filter I advised BB I didn’t receive the item even though their site says it was delivered. They said it’s too late they will not replace my un-received item/filter. 30 days had passed and they couldn’t find any delivery information. Not Happy with that answer. Buyer Beware of auto subscriptions by BB.
