First time using this product so no issues yet on this.

I paid $54.00 for this filter after taxes. I really don’t know why whirlpool filters ran so much more than the LG ones I needed in my other fridge. Filter lasts my family around 4 months. Does it’s job I guess, but really haven’t tested before/after.

It does the job however I don't think it last 3 months

We have bought this filter several times and the last time, it quit making water and ice. We had to take filter back out to get ice and water to work, which defeats purpose of needing a filter. Wish I could return because it’s faulty.

Previously I had purchased this filter from Amazon, this time I decided to get it from my local Best Buy to be delivered in a couple days time. Somehow, the local store didn’t have it in stock by the time it was supposed to ship the same day….so they shipped one to me from more than 50 miles away. However, there was a delay in shipping from that location also…so I still waited extra long for my refrigerator water filter. When it finally arrived I installled it and proceeded to filter gallons of water through the filter per installation instructions…the same method as always. This is where the actual product review comes in: Suspiciously the filter DID NOT WORK. It immediately became clogged and would not dispense water. I took it to the store where they tried to tell me they couldn’t exchange this sort of item…but they did….however 2 months later…the “new” filter is performing like an old filter…not at all…nothing comes out…filter is trash…or had previously been used…

Well, It is more pricey, and only last 6 month. I would like if it was cheaper.

Water seems to be coming out at a very slow rate. Maybe the filter is clogged, maybe it’s my fridge. Not sure there is much of a choice of filters for my fridge though so will probably buy again and hope I just got a defective one.

I have tried so many times to cancel this whirlpool filter and it's impossible! My account doesn't show the subscription anymore because it was cancelled but it still gets generated every 3 months! Customer service has been pleasant but no one can seem to help me and no one can find the original subscription to cancel it. I will have to block the merchant from my credit card because I have no way of cancelling these orders that are being generated.

It's pretty good. Water is tasty and clean. Would recommend to anyone thinking of getting it.

Water taste like water can't tell the difference. I replaced the water filter and before you know it I have to replace it again. I don't think the filter lasted lie it supposed to before I know it i have to replace it again.

A must havr, but price is too high...does not last for the money

It a good product but if you use much the working life could be less than 1 month a half.

My ice works again. Helps keep water fresh........

Kind of overpriced but it does the job. In my fridge, (whirlpool) it can sometimes pop out with water pressure.

The filter is the first to stop working after using for a short period of time. Way too expensive not to work and be faulty

I have a whole house water filter, but I prefer the taste of the water from the fridge

This fit perfect in our fridge and it made a huge difference with the water and ice!

We replace this filter every 6 months for our refrigerator and water tastes great.

You have to use this, there aren't options. Best Buy has them available and comparably priced.

It does the job but i still kind of see that the water is a bit murky even after like 15 gallons of use and about 2 gallons of flushing prior to use. Hopefully it’ll clear up soon because I am a little concerned.
