website issue to cancel recurring order

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the filter works just fine but after getting rid of that particular refrigerator I seem to be unable to cancel my recurring order for the filter through the membership tab on the website - I was able to cancel the individual order but the recurring order never shows up so I can cancel that as well.

I signed up for subscription service two years ago. Reached out to customer service and no one can seem to cancel. You keep charging my card and making me spend unnecessary time getting it cancelled after the fact.

The replacement is the same brand. The only way to get a discount ts to to sign a contract that when this filter wears out I have to get a replacement from Best Buy.

Would have thought the filter would have filtered this out. My first one that came with refrigerator freezer was good but the one I purchased was not as effective.
