I have been using this water filter since I first bought my KitchenAid refrigerator - and replace it after 200 gallons . The water quality is perfect as well as the ice !

I had bought cheap water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator that gave me problems. This filter ended them and works so well that I got another one when it was time to replace it. On sale,too!

Not sure how to rate this. I don't see where you can purchase a different one, but I love the fridge so I love the filter. They are expensive, but last a good amount of time.

We tried a non-standard water filter as a replacement before this purchase.. The water tasted bad and you could hear air in the line all the time when it was used. So happy to have drinkable water again with no noise.

A definite must for refrigerator owners. If you'd like to drink filtered water, this is a must have. It cleans out so many toxins and other crap that comes through the city water that my household has. It's helped so much through the years since we purchased the new fridge 5 years ago.

We just bought this fridge so we didn't need a filter yet. It works great and the water tastes like bottled water. We just bought an extra one to have for whenever we need it.

I had tried an off brand with awful luck. so I went with the brand name instead. I won't ever try anything but the Whirlpool brand in the future! This completely changed the taste of our water for the better!

I change my Whirlpool refrigerator filter every 6 months on auto renew delivery which is awesome! The ice cubes and water from the refrigerator taste better!

Water tastes great! Would recommend this filter every time!

The first gallon I flushed through was awfulL. The water was gray and had lots of stuff floating in it. After the third gallon, it was running clean and clear, and the water tastes great.
