This filter was very easy to replace. All i had to do was pop out the old, put in the new and reset it.

This new water filter appears improved over the old versions. Water comes out faster. The taste is also good.

this whirlpool water filter was the easiest in my bistory of using refrigerator filters to install in my new refrigerator. just opened the package, one click, and one turn it was in and ready to use.

This filter does the job... Cheaper here than it as at the other large online retailer. I would purchase again.

I can't be sure, but it seems like when we switched (or they switched) from the deep blue-purple housing to this new white "Every Drop" version, the filter pops out of the bottom of the freezer much more easily. A slight tap in the wrong place or closing the door too firmly seems to eject it, especially when it's first being used. We used to go with a model of filter that advertised for much smaller microbe filtration, but this one seems to work fine. I haven't tested the water, but the taste is suitable and I don't feel like it has to be filtered again through other means.

It is easy to change the filter. My fridge alerts me when it time to change.
