    I love that it comes to me in the mail and i so not have to go and get it. I love how fast it works, but i do not like how i have to waste so much water when i first put it in.

    This water filter must have an internal clock because, without fail, after precisely 6 months, it will trigger the refrigerator indicator light to turn on...indicating that it's time for replacement! The saving grace is that we signed up for Best Buy's automatic replacement program, which offers a small discount.

    Did the job...filtered my water. Could have been a little cheaper.. $50 every 6 months is expensive.

    While this item is expensive, I think it does a fair enough job and is probably required. Without it our water from the fridge tastes a little odd which is most surprising since the regular tap water does not have any odd taste. I wonder why ???
