My account doesn't show the subscription anymore because it was cancelled but it still gets generated every 3 months! Customer service has been pleasant but no one can seem to help me and no one can find the original subscription to cancel it. I will have to block the merchant from my credit card because I have no way of cancelling these orders that are being generated.

Maybe the filter is clogged, maybe it’s my fridge. Not sure there is much of a choice of filters for my fridge though so will probably buy again and hope I just got a defective one.

I replaced the water filter and before you know it I have to replace it again. I don't think the filter lasted lie it supposed to before I know it i have to replace it again.

Hopefully it’ll clear up soon because I am a little concerned.

Very expensive and water/ice cubes still tastes different. The unit has to have one though so we are forced to buy one. No noticeable chlorine taste.
