    Best buy returns these in stores and if pirchaser says never opened they put them bavk in the floor. Well i found 2 in the floor that were obviously used. And the ine i purchased that we thiught was not used seems to be used as well. Order from Amazon were you know it should be new.

    Put in fridge, worked for 2 weeks, then stopped. I’m not sure why, so, I moved on

    I purchased this filter to replace an off-brand filter that I used and only lasted two months. Well this filter only lasted Me 3 weeks and then my water all of a sudden stopped. I was thinking that I had another issue with my refrigerator but pulling the filter back out, my water flowed freely so that tells me the filter was clogged. $40 for three weeks of filtration is not good

    All that is inside the plastic housing is a piece of carbon the water filters through. Probably cost $3 to make, and they charge $50 for it. Insane.

    Using cheap unreliable delivery company

    Delivered 3 miles from house. And with a clear conscience marked as delivered by driver when no where near my house. Luckily resident had the sense to google me and found my phone number .. had to get in car and drive to get my item ..

    Do you have the refrigerator that goes with this? I purchased a refrigerator approximately four years ago from you. I have certain hight restrictions and color preference plus certain options. My freezer went out on it a month ago, I went into your store to purchase another one but you no longer have it in stock!! How do I find another one?

    The water flow was very poor.

    From the very first day the water flow was very poor and it was uneven. It was hard to collect in the cup by keeping the cup at rest. Due to COVID 19 situation, couldn't go to return and later I had to throw it. I think the particular piece I received was defective and it was not even smoothly fitting in the slot, I had to forcefully push it and close the lid.

    More efficient than no-name off shore models but measuring TDS for 1 month only improves tap water by 10%- ridiculous

    This is the first time I bought this filter at Best Buy. For the past 4 years I bought it at the big box stores. This filter has not worked since I replaced it. I flushed the system as it states and I still get air and no water when I try to dispense. This has been a wasted purchase and I've gone back to the big box store for a replacement.

    Bad fridge filter replacement

    Real bad filter. Not even a month from buying this product and the filter got clogged. Now we are having to buy another new filter for are whirlpool refrigerator. Are fridge is also new and this filter would have been the firts filter we bought to replace the original.

    BEWARE OF SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES

    Do not opt for a subscription for whirlpool water filters at Best Buy. The refrigerator we bought is fine, but the employees are incapable of understanding that the refrigerator only needs a new filter every 6 months, NOT EVERY MONTH!

    I am being asked to review an item that is apparently (who knows) required for the installation of the refrigerator that I ordered on March 1, 2017. The item arrived - but it is of no use to me as I still do NOT have my refrigerator. The delivery date has been delayed three times and there is no end in sight. Horrible service and a joke that this was even sent to me.

    Filter worked for a few weeks and then the fridge would make a noise when you tried to get water from the dispenser. Took the filter out and the noise stopped. Won’t purchase this brand again. I’ve used other filters no problem.

    Awful Taste

    This filter was a disaster. Water tasted like liquified plastic (well, I think it did though I hope I've never actually tasted liquified plastic). Took it out after two days. I had thoroughly flushed it on initial use. I don't understand how the produce regresses as the price increases.
