The only thing I’d say is my other refrigerator filter lasted a few months longer. All filters are overpriced so that’s really not unusual.

The light had been on a month or two, and after replacing this, the water coming out tastes so much better. Extremely easy to replace (at least on my fridge model) and if it lasts 6 months, at about $50 for the filter, costs less than $10 a month for filtered water. I have well water with only a sediment filter, so it's worth it to me. I don't know if it's equal to or worse/better than the pitchers with filters, but I'm satisfied with it.
