    The product is working as expected. I was using an off brand filter and it worked almost as good. The only difference is the Whirlpool brand dispenses water a quicker when filling up your glass.

    This is the only replacement available for the whirlpool filters you could buy for less than $20 a piece. No noticeable difference in performance between the old $20 filter vs this $50 filter...

    The Whirlpool filter does exactly what it states. I purchase this through Best Buy instead of Whirlpool directly as the shipment was quick and I received my Best Buy Bonus Points. I recommend this product.

    As a filter, I have no complain, but the guy at my local BB store, was not helpful at all. I asked him what filter do I need, he had no idea, he tried sku # and nothing comes up, because my refrigerator is discontinued, so he could not fined anything, so I just Google it on my phone and got this filter. Plus BB should have a better WiFi in side the store.
