    It's a good filter, but like all these refrigerator filters, they are to expensive. So, I gave it 4 stars because of cost.

    Product/Filter was on subscription BB says item was delivered. I did not receive the item when it was time to replace the filter I realized I didn’t have a filter I advised BB I didn’t receive the item even though their site says it was delivered. They said it’s too late they will not replace my un-received item/filter. 30 days had passed and they couldn’t find any delivery information. Not Happy with that answer. Buyer Beware of auto subscriptions by BB.

    Know for some, it will be hard to install, your hands have to be able to press, to unlock it,then turn, to remove. After that it's a breeze.
