Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was supposed to get my delivery for my water filter i ordered but best buy customer service very unprofessional and when i spoke to them because of delay i have to wait 4 or 5 days or wait for refund up to January 18 why should i be inconvenience due to their neglience or go between customer service or supervisors or reach out to fedex regarding this matter instead when they told me i would get a replacement sent today they lied to me very unorthodox the way they find solutions to problems

Fast forward two months and there are little plastic looking floaties in every glass. Very disappointing because we paid over $50 for this filter. Our refrigerator light is still on green which means it should be good. Won’t buy again unless this issue is resolved.

Water not filtered

My zero water tested at 03 which was great!! This filter does not filter the contaminents. Looking elsewhere!!
