    When the light on our refrigerator came on to change the filter, went to bestbuy.com to find a new one. Had to do a little research to figure out which one fit mine. Found it on the site, checked my local store and there it was. A few dollars cheaper than the factory one. Install was a snap. Had it done in an hour with research, going to Best Buy and back and putting it in.

    I have cancelled this item online, in person in the store and over the customer service telephone and today i received the item and was charged $53 again for the 4th time. I chatted with the online rep who was addressing questions I never asked. I had to copy and past my original message to show them what my issue was and I was asked something else again totally different. I don't understand the incompetency.
