    Only problem I had was that Best Buy’s commitment was next day delivery....did not come as promised. This was prior to the pandemic. However it came the following day so not that big of a deal.

    Sucks that filters are so proprietary. I guess they need to continue to make money on the water we drink too. Filter works obviously as intended, but not worth the cost.

    Whirlpool filter does great at filtering your water. It will last you 6 months before replacing but may even last longer, depending how often you use your water from the fridge.

    Service staff were helpful in locating the proper item. Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn’t carry the air filter for the unit they sell. Disappointing, but a 50% solution is better than a zero percent result.

    Best Buy is the only place I can find these in store. It’s great to run over and just pick one up instead of having to order one and play the waiting game. Price is the same anywhere online as well.
