Great filter. Makes my water taste refreshing. Product is lightweight and easy to replace. Also removes so much of the unwanted stuff in the tap water. Was a little pricey but better than any other options available. We have tried them all. The Brita, and pure jugs and even store bought ice. This product is so convenient for your residential refrigerator, and delivers refreshing water and ice to you every time.

Worked fine with my Whirlpool fridge. Was in stock so ordered on line and went and picked up.

Love this water filter. Fit the KitchenAid fridge perfectly. After doing the tecommended flush, makes great tasting water and ice. Bought an extra one too so we have the replacement in 6 months. Highly recommend!

I've been using the Whirlpool water filter in my Whirlpool Side by Side Whirlpool Frig/Freezer since I purchased it. I've been very satisfied with the performance of the filter, fresh, clear water and ice. I'm very satisfied with the Water Filter itself. I do wish that when this Frig/Freezer was designed the filter unit had been placed higher up, in the freezer unit itself. The filter unit is currently at floor level. I'm 75 years old and I have to wait for a visit from my son install a new filter. I, myself find it very difficult to kneel on the floor and try to get the filter installed properly.

The product works fine and water tastes fine as well, but be warned that following the instructions can damage your refrigerator. Upon installing it, I proceeded to follow the instructions listed to flush 3 gallons though it before usage. When I was about to finish the last gallon, my dispenser suddenly stopped working. Put in the old filter and still same results. Fortunately, my refrigerator was still under warranty and had a technician come out that said the solenoid burnt out from all the usage in such a short amount of time. He recommended that once the water comes out normally, you should be good to go, no need to flush 3 gallons through.

This filter does what it advertises. Our water tastes better than it does out of the faucet, so all in all, it does what it is supposed to.

Very good price. Long lasting. And the water taste very fresh you can tell the difference when you put a new one in.

I have a side by side Amana refrigerator. This water filter fit perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow and it only took a few minutes to remove the old water filter and insert the new one. Just wish they didn't cost so much. '

This little thing is excellent. As long as you flush 3 gallons through it this little filter will never steer you wrong. My water comes out nice and clear and I swear it’s making my ice stronger!
