    I did not even know I would need a water filter. But my Whirlpool fridge told me so on the door monitor so I went to Best Buy to get one. It was easy to install and seems to be working well. Now I will pay attention to the monitor.

    It's a filter. It works. It's expensive. I hate running 4 gallons of water through it to clean it before use. I give that to my plants. So that works.

    Install was very easy. Only con is that you have to run several gallons of water through it until you can officially use it. overall great though.

    Kind of pricey but for the money you save on buying water bottles its worth it, very clean taste comes from the refrigerator after new filter is put in.

    Best filter choice ever for my fridge. Have used others and did not work. They would leak or smell badly. Also the fridge would indicator would change quick. With this filter, there is no after taste, no smell, correct indicator timing and definitely no leaking. A better choice.

    I like this filter its a bit pricey and I dont like that they make you prime it with four gallons of water to use that seems wasteful but it works 6 months

    I have used these filters since purchasing my Whirlpool fridge about 5 years ago. They do an excellent job of removing substances with the filtered water having a consistent pure, natural taste. One filter last me 6 months or so (single individual household).

    Nothing to it... Just open the little filter door, take out the old filter, line up the arrows to put the new filter, and you’re all set... Works great, haven’t had an issue, and it lasts 6 months.

    I never change my filter so decided I should finally do it after 3 years. This filter has worked great since I installed it a few weeks ago. I do think these things are overpriced, but I'm not willing to chance my wonderful whirlpool to a grey market item.
