Prompt re-ordering & delivery using BB app. User-friendly intuitive install, even for this not-so-handy-dandy cowgirl. My smart Whirlpool reminds me, on the digital display, oh, happy day, when it’s time to replace. In return, I have filtered water, ice (2 ways,) smooth sailing.

My water and ice taste good with this filter. My refrigerator uses this one. I have try different ones that they sell across but I don’t like some of them

I appreciate the effectiveness of this filter. It is certified to reduce more contaminants than any fridge filter I've used in the past. And it was really easy to install once Alejandro showed me how. That's great customer service!

All water filters (like facemasks!) are NOT created equal. The outside appearance of cheaply made foreign filters may look the same and include lots of claims but in laboratory testing, this is the real deal. Why buy at BestBuy? Because you get the same re-occurring purchase discount as that 'big online store' BUT you can schedule your repeats at longer intervals. A plus!

Well I don’t think I have much of a choice when it comes to filters for my fridge, but with that being said, I think this is pretty good. It’s easy to install and works well. Just have to remember to clear out several cups of water after replacing to get the air out. Then you should have some good filtered water.

Its just a standard filter but experience has shown im a lot better off getting one from Best Buy than Amazon. Drinking water isnt something worth risking.

Have been purchasing the same filter for 7 years, its always worked as it should with no issues. You will need to dump quite a bit of water until the water is not cloudy, set aside enough time when changing the filter. Only negative is the price keeps going up every year.
