This filter was restrictive and reduced the flow of water more that previous filters from the same company. It also had to be replaced in 4 months rathe than 6.

Nothing spectacular, just a filter. I am very loyal to BB but can’t quite figure out why so many shipments have been delayed/lost lately

It his was defective. It didn't flow well and caused a detection issue in my kitchen aid fridge for weeks. It finally worked after a few weeks but now says it's nearly expired. I hope next ones better.

Good value on this filter. Better to buy in the store

We drink a lot of water at our house and I don’t feel like it lasts long, two months tops and then the water slowly comes out. The actual filter is smaller that I’ve used before so maybe that’s why.

After using for 1 week, black debris came through water dispenser. No problem with the previous product purchased. Forced to change to this one b/c only one available for my refrig.

First off I have to admit that I have never reviewed a product on line. I also will admit that I don't like to read long drown out reviews. But I feel that I need to share my experience and I hope this is not to long for you to read. I'm off to buy my 6th Whirlpool Everydrop 2 water filter. I have owned my new Kitchen Aid frig for 1 year and 3 months. The first 3 filters lasted 3 months each, the 4th lasted 2 months and this last one lasted roughly 33 days. I'm still trying to used it but water just trickles out of the dispenser. Called customers support and they where no help at all. They told me to take filter out and put it back in and reset the filter light. That didn't work and no need to reset light because they have never made it that far. I took filter out, ran the water again and it worked perfect, so it has to be the filter. I also might would have agreed with the argument that its the quality of water or I used more than 200 gallons, however that reasoning does not work either. The last 2 only lasted 1 and 2 months respectively. I'm also on a city water system and the quality of water is pretty good. I just personally believe these filters are faulty, the internet is littered with the same complaint that I am having, they don't last anywhere near 6 months. I am a general contractor and have built and lived in 7 houses over the years. I have never had this type of issue with the other appliance manufacturers. I guess its time to consider a different brand than Kitchen Aid/Whirlpool.

Water filter!!! Works nothing more to say about this!

Ice maker has stopped working since installing a week ago. I’m trying to avoid paying for a service call. Ice maker worked perfectly before.

Great product. Great service, BUT only available at one store. Two said their computers said they had one but they couldn't find it.

These things are ridiculously difficult to replace.
