Defective filter would not refund

After a week of trouble shooting purchased another water filter locally and it resolved all issues. Called Best Buy for refund since water filter was defective and they could not refund because I had not installed filter immediately after purchase. I cancelled my subscription and will never purchase another filter from them again.
