    This model has an ease of use filter replacement on the ceiling inside the box. Our other refrigerator freezers had a filter on the floor of the box.

    I had a KitchenAid 5 door frig that had stopped making ice. We read on the internet that replacing the filter could fix it. After replacing the filter we now have ice again. Yeah!!!!!!

    The Drop water filter is priced fairly compared to the other filters available at a Best Buy. We thought we needed repairs to our refrigerator but after installing the new filter in ran perfectly. Simple fix.

    Works like a charm and easy to install. My only complaint is that it takes 4 gallons of water to flush the system according to the instructions... just seems like a waste. Does it really need that much water to flow through it before you use it?
