    I purchased this product to replace the one that I had in my fridge and it works just as it should. NO really issues. Only thing thats kind of a bummer os that its hard to twist them out when you need to replace them. However that isn't the fault of this product.

    An expensive must have to maintain your fridges water and ice quality. Packaging was not very protective, a box with two items floating in the box that looked like it had been used for soccer practice. Hopefull no hidden cracks cause a leak.

    Purchased this filter as the direct replacement of the stock filter for my Whirlpool refrigerator. Installed the filter three weeks ago. The install was no different then the stock filter and it's working just fine. The price was reasonable too.

    I had to go to the store three times to get one at another store because of defective filters. Three filters later to find one that’s work. Time wasted. Not happy at all.

    Product is easy to use. Recommended by manufacturer to filter water flowing through refrigerator (including ice maker). Assume it's a necessary element so it's easy to find at Best Buy and if I have coupons or rewards points on my account I can save a little because it has to be replaced about every 6 months.
