    I love my KA frig but was surprised when I started receiving notices that the filter needed to be replaced within 6 months of owning the frig. I don't use the water feature very often which added to the surprise. It's expensive and an added cost to owning this frig. It should be highlighted in the sale process.

    Filter is just fine... water tastes like nothing! Wish there was an easier way to recycle these and that they were a bit cheaper, but the filter works just fine and isn't terribly priced for the value delivered.

    $59.99 is expensive and excessive for a water filter that I am supposed to change every 6 months. It is something I wish I had known before I purchased my Whirlpool refrigerator

    I had to replace the filter in my refrigerator. I generally go to the local appliance store to get a new filter. Going there can be a hassle, since I prefer buying these types of things online. Was surprised to see the same filter sold at best buy. I know can order filters online from bestbuy which is more convenient for me.
