Lasts longer than the recommended 6 months. Water tastes as good as the day installed and I have it for almost a year now.

WATER FILTER

When the yellow warning light comes on it is time to change the filter. If you continue drinking the water and making ice, it will have a different taste to it.

A good working water filter

Our water from the tap is actually pretty good, so not sure how this would do in more trying circumstances.

Literally the water odorless and tastes better than than I ever imagined. As we drink mostly water, we replace the filter more often than 3 months.

My milkshake tastes better than yours

I drop coin on filters bc its the water my kids and wife drink, as well as myself. Don't play yourself get this filter for an awesome life!

Expensive

I’ve read some reviews and it seems like it’s a simple carbon filter without ion-exchange or multiple filtration layers. If that’s the case, it’s severely overpriced. And yet, I still buy them, because they’re OEM and I don’t fear leaks or anything foul in the materials.
