    This filter is the replacement for 4396841 PUR to our Maytag side by side refrigerator and work well. We do not have any issues with this filter and we are happy to found the right replacement. So we recommend it!

    Have been using this water filter for my ridge since 2013. Although the packaging has changed, it is still the same filter and keeps water fresh and clean as ever. Lasts approx 3 months for regular usuage.

    Works as expected. Wish whirlpool and Best Buy still carried the one they used to carry that was $20 cheaper but is what it is. Based solely on costing $20 more than what they used to carry I won't recommend it

    BestBuy has this item priced very competitively. These are the same filters found at the home improvement stores, but at a lower cost. The filter works as advertised and was simple to install.
