Those new produced filter doesn't work on my old Refrigerator anymore, even it has the same model number. Purchase with caution!

This filter does not fit our appliances. Now we must try and return it......I hate returning anything.

I use this product for our Whirlpool Gold refrigerator. I use two per year. I like the automatic reorder option Best Buy offers. I set up delivery two weeks before needed. I no longer have to buy more than necessary and store a back up.

It's supposed to be for the refrigerator we have but it only works if you push in on it and hold it.

part fits right and works without issue in terms of sealing and no leaks. i have not tested contamination reduction with / without the filter.

Seems to be good but my change filter light still stays on. Not sure if it is defective.

This was purchase on Easy Replenish system. Did not install for several weeks and then discovered that it would not install correctly. I contacted Best Buy - was told it was outside the return time frame and to contact manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that because it was purchased at Best Buy there was no warranty. Thanks to both companies I am out the cost of a filter. Purchased from another vendor and it worked fine. And will not make the same mistake of buying a Whirlpool product in the future once this refrigerator reaches its end of life. My advice - install upon purchase to ensure it works and locks into place. You should not expect any help from Best Buy or Whirlpool if it doesn't.

Priced higher than the average product of its kind

I just purchased the filter and my water and ice taste funny/bad already.

I needed it so I bought it. I can't use my water filter with out it

While verifying taste with old filter and new. Discovered little to no difference in taste. Not worth the money as the filter provides no taste improvement. The ease of Installation is the best thing about this item.

This filter does it's job, however the taste is still similar to that of tap water.

This filter doesn't improve the taste even thought it may remove chemicals from my water.

Average Stopped working after two days. Clogged up

Your web site is THE crappiest in existence, when I click the link to "MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION" it takes me to a page that has NOTHING to do with subscriptions. and after clicking links for 20 minutes I still FIND NOTHING TO MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION. Call to cust service rep tries to convince me email is phishing. WHAT A BUNCH OF WORTHLESS BS!!!!! FIX YOUR GD SITE!!!!!

I hope this product will be in the market for a while.
