When the filter is first changed, my ice comes out somewhat translucent. By the time 6 months comes around, you'll notice the water pressure decrease letting you know it's time to replace.

I wish there were better alternatives, but the cheaper ones don't have enough flow and that messes up the ice cubes.

They are hidden in your account settings, not in the section for subscriptions, so they are difficult to change. Neither store associates nor agents at the Best Buy call center can find them. Better prices are available from other sources. Changing or canceling this subscription is akin to canceling cable TV or satellite radio subscriptions.
