    I've replaced the our refrigerator filters every 3-5 months. We have a household of 4, and have family and friends over quite often. I wish they were priced better, but we have not had any issues with them. Since they are OEM you know you are getting top quality and not an unknown product with unofficial specifications.

    we tried going every six months but the water stream from the fridge water dispenser goes to a trickle, so we started replacing every four months which seems about right. I am tempted to bypass the filter but I do notice a difference in taste between the filtered water from the fridge and tap water, and I prefer the filtered water.

    This filter works fine. Doesn’t leak. It does take a couple of times installing it to get the hang of it. It’s a bit tight removing the old one and replacing.

    Put it on a subscription for every six months as recommended by Whirlpool. Then you’ll always have fresh crisp clean water and ice available. This has saved us a lot, since my family is always drinking bottles of water. Now we can be more eco-friendly and not waste plastic bottles while still getting clean water.
