Lucky, I was able to call the number provided and it worked. The customer service representative was helpful and provided the necessary instructions on how to remove the notice on the refrigerator that the filter needs to be changed.

Go for the real thing

Should last longer

I still drink bottled water, but I use it for coffee or cooking. Wish it lasted longer. In less than 6 months said to replace! And I dont use it often. I couldnt install it myself. Installation was tricky.

Costly, but what’s your health worth
