    I replace my filter every 6 months. When the filter is first changed, my ice comes out somewhat translucent. By the time 6 months comes around, you'll notice the water pressure decrease letting you know it's time to replace.

    Works great with the fridge, but these are a bit too expensive. I wish there were better alternatives, but the cheaper ones don't have enough flow and that messes up the ice cubes.
