    Overall one of the worst experiences with a retailer I’ve had. This product came defective and added a weird taste to my water. I have been had this filter on auto replenish for years from Best Buy and never had a problem. If the filter adds a funny taste, it could cause health issues since we don’t know why it is not filtering properly. Best Buy would not take it back saying their policy is that this item is not returnable. They said they can’t resell it so it is not returnable. IT IS DEFECTIVE AND YOU SHOULDN’T BE RESELLING IT. SO I’ll take the loss and switch my subscription to Amazon.

    Does the job but doesn't last very long. There are only 3 people in my house and we do use the ice and water dispenser but these filters seem to need replacement every 6 to 8 months. And every time you replace it you have to run 6 gallons of what're thriu

    This is the model that fits my fridge water dispenser. I gave it three stars because it works well, but does not last very long. I have to change it quite often, before the change filter light even comes on. I do have to say my family does drink a lot of filtered water.

    It is really expensive. Since they merged they prices have gone up. When it was Kitchenaide I could of gotten a deal on a few of them to stock up.
