I gave it three stars because it works well, but does not last very long. I have to change it quite often, before the change filter light even comes on. I do have to say my family does drink a lot of filtered water.

This product came defective and added a weird taste to my water. I have been had this filter on auto replenish for years from Best Buy and never had a problem. If the filter adds a funny taste, it could cause health issues since we don’t know why it is not filtering properly. Best Buy would not take it back saying their policy is that this item is not returnable. They said they can’t resell it so it is not returnable. IT IS DEFECTIVE AND YOU SHOULDN’T BE RESELLING IT. SO I’ll take the loss and switch my subscription to Amazon.

Way too expensive for what it is

Most recently replacing the filter caused the filter to throw out water. The filters are expensive and do not work; therefore no ice. What a waste of money an time for a refrigerator that is very expensive.
