In less than 2 months, refrigerator is alerting to change filter. So i placed the new filter, on May 25th. It’s only been almost 3 months and refrigerator is already alerting me to change filter again. I thought filters are supposed to last for 6 months? Agents say it depends on usage but there are only 3 people in our household, how much water can we really consume, to wear out filter in 2-3 months? I would like not to recommend this but there is no choice we need this filter for our refrigerator unit.

They used to routinely last 5-6 months before the water would drip so slow they would become unusable (presumably because the filter was full). However, the new(er) version of this filter DOES NOT LAST. The first one lasted for a mere 2 months, the second one only 1 month. That is simply unacceptable for a product costing almost $50! While we generally like to purchase name brand filters, we will be exploring 3rd party options for our next purchase unless or until Everydrop fixes its quality issues.

I moved two years ago and it keeps anyone listings to my old address no matter how many times I call it try to cancel they say it’s very easy to cancel but you can’t find it anywhere on the website
