Messy installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first removed the old refrigerator filter, a lot of water gushed out. I then quickly put the old filter back in to stop the water flow. In looking at the instructions on the box, no where did it say whether or not you need to shut off the water supply before removing the old filter and installing the new. I went ahead and shut off the water supply before attempting to install again and that solved the water leak problem.
