Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Flawed design and Whirlpool will not stand by its products. This dishwasher was installed in April 2024 in an apartment building that I manage. One year and one day after purchase, it stopped working. The Whirlpool authorized repairman came by and knew immediately what the problem was. The electronic panel stopped working because electronic panels and steam do not mix, and the placement in Whirlpool models is especially vulnerable. He said that this was a very common and known problem with Whirlpool manufactured dishwashers. Because the warranty was only for one year, Whirlpool would not cover it and because the repair was over $500, the building owners opted to replace the whole unit instead of repairing it. Whirlpool needs to be better to its customers. A one year warranty on such vulnerable components is really flimsy.

Leaks after 3 years

Not pleased at all, the matching refrigerator which is also 3 years old is also having problems. I’d look elsewhere if conciderong a new set.

Not a stainless steel tub

I've gotten to know the music well for customer service after listening to it for hours the last two days trying to get some answers on this product. I will never buy anything from Best Buy in the future.

This was delivered with cords hanging out and already used. I suggest Home Depot or Lowes. The prices are all the same.
